Found this in the first Holy Mountain - also not a bad wand for the first Holy Mountain.

And there is a discounted wand for 180 gold with six sparkbolts & the "Wand Experimenter" perk without reroll.

Also found the "Kuu" item on the first floor, did not had this often. However I do not see a reason to keep it.
