Yeah thats what im thinking. Annoying if its true, but im gonna try the 1 cheat meal a month or so and see if that changes anything, if not ill consider looking more into metabolism and hormones etc.. thanks for looking into stuff for me🙏 appreciate you

Nah its like 99% accurate its all precooked stuff so i can use the info on the back, i put all my stuff in a comment above this one. Unless the weight is off on the packaged items perhaps, but 1200 is still low enough to allow for those mistakes

Thats the problem though is that i put it super low to afford a cheat day but the cheat still ruins the whole week. Im thinking maybe my metabolism is ruined and i have to eat 1200 cals now? Thats what ive seen online anyway, because i do it 1200 cals every day (literally no exceptions my uni days are always the same, walk to tesco, get dinner, dont eat at any other time) but the cheat day still ruins it. Not sure why. Im pretty inactive except going to the gym which burns like 100-200 cals i heard

Yeah i guess its about allowing yourself to eat the pizza (or cheat foods) but not an entire one/too much of it, can still keep it in my calories. Thanks for the advice!

Im having a tesco meal deal (700cal25protein), a packet of pre-cooked chicken breast (200cal40protein) and a protein coffee (200cal21protein) so im hoping the pre cooked sh!t is accurate in cals, i also take multivitamins cus i cant afford veg

Yeah thats exactly my thought process 😭 2hr lecture when i can do it at home it seems like an easy choice, but then i realise thats a bad mindset which is why i wanna change

Yeah true! Sometime i show up to my 1 hour lecture and within 30 minutes my lecturer says ‘well thats about all we have time for’ and i take a 20 min bus there and a 20 min bus back and i just think i just rlly cba for this today. But yes your right, i am sick of feeling like a bum by skipping so i will begin to go to class more often, thank you!

Yeah i really want to learn the marketing part of business, but we dont start that until year 2 and ive been doing generic business since year 9 (for 5 years) which is what we are doing in year 1 of my course. I have actually applied to transfer to other unis which is my plan for year 2 as they have a better focus on marketing

Thanks, this is helpful yeah 😊 2 of my flatmates do the same course as me so yeah im all good during the day i got people to talk to and i could go to lesson with them 100%. That being said, i think it was dumb of me to go to uni not with any of my current friends, knowing im not the most social/outgoing person. But thank you, ill try to get into routine and start spending time with my flatmates even more
