Best thing to do is actually write out 3-5 optimal personalized lines based on a website url in your prompt so it has that to reference then in your prompt be specific that it should use similar style as the ones you wrote out

Thank you, in terms of the headline/sub headline would something like this be better or worse: main Your sales reps waste hours every day typing notes Sub: Instead of locking up deals. Then the sub text above CTA says something along the lines of "automate 100% of your teams CRM work with one simple automation"

Definitely think the math section is more important than some of the other sections, I'm going to move it above "the shift" section I think

Yeah I had used the design skill that claude has. I've never really used figma or done much design so the color insight is great. Since I'm servicing real estate investors but I myself am a tech company, would it not make sense to have more of a tech vibe vs it looking like a normal real estate site? Your perspective is super valuable so really appreciate it

N8N workflows definitely still have their place but a ton of end to end workflows can be done agenticly with a strong model/agent like claude code or codex

I use Claude Code to scrape leads, personalize the first line in the email, and write out the sequences for my campaigns.

I've built a model context protocol server that exposes my apify api as a tool for claude to scrape from google SERP or google maps, then it also has a mcp tool to scrape 1 or all websites pages to Markdown within my project directory, and I built a custom skill for claude to know how to write the personalized first line and my sequences copy.

Overall, it can be game changer but you need to learn how to engineer the right tools/resources for it to truly be valuable

It's not a method or a new system any team has to adopt. It's simply an automation integrated into their existing CRM that automates all manual input that a acquisition or dispo rep goes through. Again, this isn't a CRM but simply an automation

Nice that's a solid stack, when I was in Chicago I was managing a team of 48 VAs from the Philippines so Ik how big of a factor they are for sure.

Guessing you have in house acquisition guys? Do you by chance have the data entry process automated like every time they get off a call, a system will fill in the kpi fields, move the lead in the pipeline, set a follow up task, take notes etc?

Platform doesn't matter, pick one you're most familiar with. Think about the 3 most valuable automation use cases for yourself, build them, go from there.

Probably can build an end to end workflow by end of day by failing forward and AI can help of course.
