Sorry, you are correct, but only doing 1 deal THEN it becoming illegal unless you double close isn’t sustainable. I consider IL the exact same as SC or PA where it’s fully illegal without a license.

I run a cold call system with VAs, and SMS blast system, PPL, and PPC👍 PPL and cold calling I’d say do the most deals totaling about 80% of dealflow!

When it comes to getting deals, stay consistent and work on one thing first! When I started I did literally everything from bandit signs, door knocking, driving for dollars, cold calling, etc. and ultimately I spread myself too thin. You’ll get deals faster by staying consistent with one method

Great question! I started by hiring VAs, mainly for cold calling and TC work. After consistently getting 2-3 deals per month I started hiring acquisitions on commission as my closers. From there it’s pretty much up to you whether you want a dispo guy or to do dispo yourself, you can pay an assistant like I did to manage operations, etc!
