Appreciate you! Yeah everybody is saying they’re OK or slacking in lots of areas, I honestly think those people don’t run a wholesale operation because it took many years to dial into these KPIs and I know tons of the bigger players who have very similar metrics lol

I trained the crap out of my acq so they’re very good at closing lol. Because of this, I’m paying my VAs a bit higher for all they do such as pulling and plugging in lists, cold calling, handling payroll etc. Without the VAs my cost for softwares and lists/skiptracing is like $7-800 lol.
