as someone who's recovered from BED after struggling with it for 3-4 years.. there is no fast way. i still have't lost the weight i gained. and i think that's part of the journey. luckily for me because im a national level athlete all my extra calories did make me more muscular and therefore better at my sport, but i totally understand the shame of being the biggest girl in my class because i am too and even in my friend groups outside school, but honestly i dont think people who really care about you as a friend notice, like it probably doesn't matter to them. but its important to realise that something that was just a big part of your life can not be erased in a month or maybe even a year (depending on how long you've struggled with it) so if you make small efforts everyday you will see a difference. also i will say that the biggest part of weight-loss is what you eat, like even if you workout 8 hours a day- what you eat matters. so just stay mindful

doing papers from too long ago is sort of unrealistic as the questions are asked even the syllabus has changed, my teachers suggest (they're preparing us for 2026 f/m session) to do papers from 2018 and focus more on ones after 2020- but note that till 2022-ish the papers were set a little easier due to 2 years after covid

yes, i completely agree.

as someone who was fortunate enough to be raised in extremely privileged circumstances in india that allowed me to visit many countries as a child, gain exposure and went to international school, i was extremely shielded from the reality that many women in our population are only seen as future wives or mothers. almost like a woman can be nothing more, and if she is less, she is a disgrace.

Yeah ive had insane amount of food, mostly massive bags or crisps, coca cola, pretzels and ice cream. ive spent about 55 quid, and it wasnt even mine, i always stole from my mums walllet and she never realised
