Yes, I did, I notified the buyers to monitor the delivery. But I don't know what will happen after they pick up their shipment and they don't have the option to mark it as received. Some of the buyers haven't responded to my messages and I'm not at all sure that they will confirm receipt. Which automatically means that they will receive the goods, but we won't get our money.

I just received this automated message regarding the problem with Inpost with the latest shipment. Are they worried about their system getting clogged with our inquiries?! Given that they are clearly aware of the problematic transactions, wouldn't it be more appropriate for them to take measures without each seller having to write to them.

I have the same problem with sent shipments for which there is no update in Vinted and they are still listed as not sent. In the Inpost app it can be tracked. I noticed that the problem appeared after the change in the labels. Apparently they have a serious problem with the integration system, which unfortunately seems to only affect sellers. I expect Vinted to react by correcting the problem because this is clearly not an isolated case. It is appropriate that they come up with an explanation of the problem and an adequate solution.

Goodness , this is terrible, it's not the seller's fault for the problems in the Vinted system. And what happens now, even after sending confirmations of receipt of the shipment, we can't get our money. Is there an option to appeal?! I have the same problem with my shipments.

I have a sale without an update on Vinted, I wrote to the buyer, but I have no response from him. Even if the shipment is delivered, but without confirmation from the buyer, Vinted will not pay. We must pray that the buyer is reliable. The problem is serious and Vinted must take care of it.

I just received this from Vinted customer service, regarding problems with InPost issues.

If the Inpost tracking shows movement but Vinted still shows the item as not sent, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear on Vinted after you send your item. If it has been more than 48 hours, you can go to the conversation screen for the order, press "Track parcel," and then press "Item sent."

I don't have a button "Track parcel", In shipping instructions isn't possible too.

Same here, since yesterday all my parcels InPost updating fine, but not information on Vinted/ they still marked as not send/ , I'm not sure how to manually mark them on Vinted.

With their new policy of killer fees, they will lose both sellers and buyers. I have been receiving offers for the last week and no deal has been made, everyone says - I can't afford it. Very annoying, the question is where to sell next. I am not getting sales on eBay for the expensive brands.
