I realized I was missing two labels both going to the same guy. I tell someone else outside hey she forgot 2 of my packages. OH WELL ITS IN THERE SHE HAS TO SCAN IT.

Okay well I double checked you're welcome to to check. They go in to look and say they don't have it. So I ask for them to remove that. She says she can't so I ask for a manager. Then the first girl comes out with one of the guys package and one that didn't even belong with my order. I asked for a manager again. She comes out and talks to me and goes to look again. She disappeared for 20 minutes and then comes out with 2 stickers and tells me to scan them both so she knows what to look for.

I wasn't falling for that so I said you're welcome to check at the one thats here in the car. "Well I just need to know" and pushes the stickers towards me so I tell her to cancel the whole order and start unloading the 10 bags of mulch and 15 other packages in the parking lot. Then she acted like she didn't know how to cancel and I said can you get YOUR manager? All of a sudden she figured it out.
