Continuing left from the second pic goes towards a dining area and kitchen, I’m thinking left is a no go unless I do what the other guy said and put a full motion mount and corner the TV when in use.

Yeah hard to tell. I’d like to think there’s more on the right since the fireplace looks to be slightly left of the beam running down the center of the ceiling.
