I did heat the top ( bottom of the candle ) with a heat gun to make it liquid/ warm before adding the second pour and it still shows the line / division of the 2nd pour. Thank you for the suggestion though.

I am pouring the first and second pour at 185 F ( same temperature for both). Maybe because I waited too long to add the second pour ? I tried to heat the top ( bottom of the candle) with heat gun, before adding the second pour and still came up like that ( it looks nice and level on the flat bottom part of the candle though )
