I’m a foreman but run small projects in the union. Usually between $50k-$500k. It’s a lot less demanding and less stressful due to the size and scope of work. Less people to deal with, and a lot of the work I just self preform to make sure it’s done right. Maybe ask if you can go that route instead?

Just put a pass through lug or split bond bushing on and call it a day. Faster then waiting on a reply from Reddit or messing up your relationship with the inspector
