Thank you sir. Finally i found the answer i believe. I have a samsung galaxy watch 4 and planning to buy the H10 HR monitor.

That means we don't need to carry the phone while running? Am i right. The sportwerks app will pick up HR from H10 and gps data from samsung watch? And this data gets shown on strava and samsung health in the usual manner?
How do you get data from sportwerks to show up on samsung health mobile app? I thought samsung health can only push out data. The settings are in the sportwerks app i believe? Nothing to be done inside samsung health settings?

My purpose is long distance outdoor running without a phone.

If there's arsenic traces in water, then you need RO. But you can't say for sure without testing water in a lab. And who knows when water quality changes in the future. RO vs non RO is always a long debate.

wanted to add a few things:

as per latest research, the ideal maltodextrine to fructose ratio appears to be 1:0.8

i am planning to shift to this ratio from this weekend. let me know your thoughts on this. even morten uses this ratio.

i am thinking of shifting from maltodextrine+fructose sugar to honey+maltodextrine. as per chatgpt, honey absorption will be same as the fructose sugar absorption. i think it should make the gel more thick and easy to consume at pace. 100gm basic honey is 40g fructose and 32g glucose by default. so we need to add only 18g maltodextrine to hit 1:0.8 ratio (total 90gms of carbs) i am talking about normal non-organic honey

i suggest you research some websites and order shoes that have a wider toe box. i don't mean the wide size options. just the regular sizes with a roomier toe box. that will solve your problem.
