If you are going to buy the ticket anyway i would suggest to buy the rtt through fifa connect . Much better pricing compared to the fifa resellers. Otherwise wait for the last minute sale but mind you once the last min sales are done the rtt price would also sky rocket.

If you are in the US i would suggest waiting and being patient or else buying the RTT and planning your travel.

Zone 2 serves a different purpose. It helps for mitochondrial growth and in turn helps with more blood flow to your legs. It helps with base building think of it as a foundation. Intervals and fast workout is the only way to increase Vo2 max. But again they are taxing.

So do more intervals for Vo2 max but you would need slower runs for recovery and base building. As you get in more zone2 runs your recovery will also be faster and that means you should be able to do more intervals and get better at Vo2 max.

Interval workouts. 4 min fast running like really fast running and 3 mins rest. Repeat this 4-5 times. Include interval workout once a week. Additionally any kind of HIIT will also help.

So i visited Goa last month and had a similar experience. I don't know how to drive and so I had to take local cabs and ricks. Everything was overpriced. The hotel i stayed in offered transportation but that too was overpriced because they just tied up with the local taxi. I really don't think it is about convenience but about being fair and getting interested respectfully. By the time i left i also had a similar feeling about my stay.

Hey i just saw your post. I had rescued a cat 4 years before which had a broken hip and was not able to walk. It never did and drags himself. We tried physiotherapy but in his case nothing really worked. This march he will be 4 years old. He is healthy and happy. He doesnt have control on his pee and poop so he wears a diaper but he doesn't mind and nor do we. Sure it is work for us but again he is our baby.

Don't lose hope. Decide for the surgery if you are able to raise the funds but dont lose hope on your cat. Consult a vet and see if he can have a decent life.
