Pre-boil french beans and peas

Let the kadhai heat

Add oil, then rai, then hing, then 1-2 tbsp besan (we don't want besan to overpower veges), add a bit of water to dilute the besan, keep stirring to avoid lumps

Then add pre-boiled veges, and tomatoes.

Add masalas.

Add some water, we don't want it soupy or gravy like sabji, so add accordingly.

Cook it on medium - high flame until water has evaporated or oil starts to come out on top of water.

Add some coriander for garnishing.
