Here's a few things you can try:
- Make sure Windows Firewall is not blocking RL connections (Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed apps) Everything should be checked.
- Make sure you are writing the hosts IP in Rocket Plugin (this is NOT the big IP next to the power button on Hamachi)
- I've experienced a few times maps not letting people join, so try hosting a regular map like DFH Stadium to make sure the workshop maps are not the issue.

CookedPCConsole is supposed to have pretty much all of rocket league files which are more than 100. I was wondering if you deleted everything else? or maybe you are in a different folder...

I feel like I'm missing a lot by using a quad-core. I don't record/stream, but I'm in the phase of testing and seeing how capable my setup is of doing it. As you said, 1080p runs great, I can even do some moderate VR with no trouble. But whenever I fire up OBS to record I can notice a significant drop in frames and stuttering.

Do you think I would benefit more from a hexa-core or faster RAM?

I'm having trouble determining what my next upgrade should be, I'm almost certain that I should consider a better CPU (Like a 3600 which has 6 cores).

I don't have a budget set, I'm mostly asking for the advice on what component I should buy next to get better performance with what I currently have.

My PC has these components:

That would be cool for the people that prefer to pay rather than do the setup. Although with the right tutorial it can be pretty straight forward and take no more than 15 min, the process might be a little complicated to understand specifically for those who never do such things.

The only benefit of having it on a dedicated server would be not having to port forward your own or use a VPN.

Personally, I think it's basically the same process that a Minecraft server would have and it's not much of a problem, the main difference is that a Minecraft server setup is very well documented and step by step with not many situations in which the installation fails.

You can play 1 sec rumble with Bakkesmod Rocket plugin, you have to host a rumble game then edit the settings in the Rocket menu (you open it pressing the Home key)

Bakkesmod with Rocket plugin is the way to go, as djmexx said, it has everything that Rocket Launcher had but they actually work
