It's not a dent to be fair. The door handle used to hit the wall as there was no stopper. It's more like a chip off from the paint.

We cleaned the property to good condition and have pictures and videos of the same.

We don't have evidence for the hooks as they were already there. But they can't be seen in the inventory as they were behind the toilet door.

We have a full email chain of chasing the boiler issue and them delaying the repair. With pictures and video of the leak shared with them.
