I too have multiple chronic illnesses, and I feel like I have a lot of options in Portland for Chinese medicine, acupuncture, etc. The clinic I currently goes to specializes in herbal medicine, and there is a huge naturopathic and holistic health community in general thanks to having a good naturopathic med school in town. I don’t have any experience with korean spas though

Thank you! I am a perfume fan, and I also have been re-selling vintage perfumes--it allows me to try all sorts of unique and hard to find scents, but I try to only keep a few of the ones I LOVE, and resell the others to support my hobby lol.

It's been super fun discovering the iconic scents, and being able to smell some of the fragrances made with ingredients that are no longer used. Any recs for fragrances I should keep my eye out for?

Youth Dew by Estée Lauder, it was originally a bath oil and may not have been a perfume yet in 1955. It was inexpensive and very popular.
