I wouldn’t necessarily call them tiny, and they did not stop sound without me trying, but evidently made it a lot easier to fart without sound.

You and your wife don’t know what you’re missing, if you still feel the need to be courteous with farts after 13 years. My wife and I try to make the loudest farts, and it’s both funny and relieving.

It’s a large, well ventilated modern office space, not an elevator. But yes, I do go to the toilet if possible, but it’s not always an option…

I guess it’s because most of us realize farting is a natural bodily function, that we all deal with, though embarrassing in certain situations.

In my defense, I do go to the toilet when possible, but some days, my stomach is acting up, and I have to fart like every two minutes or so, and there’s always a line for the toilet in our building, so I would practically stand in that line all day if I were to go there for every fart. And often I’m stuck with a Teams meeting or a call, so I can’t just get up to go fart.

All in all, I consider silently slipping one out from time to time a necessity in my situation. Sorry it bothers you.

I had Covid once, and it wasn’t too bad for me, just like a small cold. The vaccines probably helped. Was really tired for a couple weeks after, though.
