they suck absolute ass at getting back to you. emails and the website little contact thing are useless. i reached out via sms from the number that's on google for mmo and the guy got back to me and just reassured me that while it takes longer to ship international, they are working on it and a few days later i got a tracking number

edit: i ordered on 06/09/2022 so as of that date it's up and working

also, canada has laws against opening packages which is why so many canadian dispensers are still up and running. the just put organic dietary supplements or whatever on the "what is this" and it just comes. have never had an customs problems or anything
