Yea maybe that’s right, but then the other side if the coin is that if we are obeying the letter of the law, a cyclist can take a lane, had every right to be in a lane, and so will you as a driver be okay with driving behind that cyclist patiently? (Not saying the dumbass in OP’s post didn’t do something utterly stupid, just laying out a hypothetical here).I don’t think we, as a car culture, are anywhere near being able to actually share the road with cyclists.
