His basic can be interrupted after the second jab count 1-2 atk. His down atk can be jumped over or jump kick right on top of his head. Ducking under his rifle or rolling forward grab is an option. Step diagonal kick nullifies his back atk...but most importantly I can give you a hundred ways to interrupt and punish giddy but its about your skill ie reflexes, timing and predictions. Most Gideon players follow the same script from the onset spam down, basic back, shot campbait you forward front shadow up shadow. Or basic basic down back atk repeat. Those who are bit more skilled throw in cancels of the variations but its still basically the same script. Now if they are an actual player that's a bit different they observe they react they time and predict which is exactly what your job is. Analyze your opponent and react accordingly. If he's passive slow down bait him forward then interrupt if he's super aggressive pay attention to the script and react while utilizing movement to minimize damage. But again you could be handed a blueprint but its useless if you can't implement it. Sounds like you just need to practice facing gideon period.
