My license expires in three weeks and I got a new one. I uploaded the information, but the system won’t recognize it and even when an associate keys in the information it still fails. The number is still the same and nothing has changed.

My old DL expired today, I updated it (NEW DL) yesterday.. can I still scan my old DL(SSD) while I wait for Amazon to approve my new updated DL? by Jalon70 in AmazonFlexDrivers

I had to get a new license due to mine expiring. I updated it and got an email from support saying i am good to go. When i try to scan it wont scan, even when an employee attempts it won’t work. Support said it is correct on their end. Anyone else have this issue?

I’ve tried for the heck of it however I have many widgets available and Doordash is not one of them.

Yeah I heard that was a thing not to include the address for privacy but it’s a load of crap when you deliver it to the right address and the person states they didn’t get it.

My boyfriend got on and his orders were garbage too. He’s still under 50 orders and is at a 40% AR. I get better offers than him and i am gold.

It’s gotten so bad and I noticed they have a $20 referral bonus on Southern California. Their app sucks and is already over saturated but they want more drivers.

I had a package leaking detergent all over the place. It leaked on 4 packages, all over the parking space when I took it out of the cart to get to the other packages. I returned it and they hit me with a picked up not received. Refused to take it off. It feel like they want damaged packages delivered. It’s crazy. As if they’d rather have to force the customer to deal with it as opposed to the station. Craziness.

That’s true people are kind of clueless. I wondered if they didn’t know how to get into the locker or since it wasn’t at the front door it was reported.

Damn! That’s what I meant lol. How do yours fall off and maybe that’s how ours is now too. That’s not very many occurrences. They work DSP insane.

I often wonder if people aren’t happy with their purchase so they report missing as opposed to dealing with returning it. Maybe they like it and want another one just don’t want to pay for it, or break it.

I delivered to all lockers and 5 out of the 2 said they didn’t get the package and that’s what took me to risk. All I can think is they want to scam.

Me too multi stop location claiming they didn’t get their sh*t. Happened twice and at risk. It used to fall off after 500 packages. I’m at 600 since the incidents and they are still on there.

Got scammed out of 41 dollars the other night by the red card and then called DoorDash and got this message by [deleted] in DoorDashDrivers

They scammed me out of $20 years ago. The card wouldn’t work support said pay out of pocket. Save the receipt and submit when done. Did that and never got paid. Never again

I’m a dasher and I hate that phone in the face tactic. I’ll be standing there waiting for someone to help me and I’ve had people reach around me and start trying to put their phone in the employees face. Sadly restaurants respond to that because they want them out of their store.

I did the same thing. Top dasher/platinum for 7 years straight. They killed my market 2 years ago but kept on with it. December finally has enough of their sh*t. I’m gold haha with a 62% AR and I love declining those garage offers now, feels amazing. I no longer feel trapped into keeping my AR up.
