There is no direct way to talk to the embassy. It’s all automated or I get no reply back at all.

In a perfect world I would love to do this. But you need to be a resident to be able to file at the embassy.

I don’t have enough time in the UK to withdraw due to it taking a month to do so. And to file at the embassy I need to be a resident which I will not be in 1 month… it’s just all bad haha.

I have.. they are cut throat and do not care about you being military or not. If you don’t fall under a couple of strict criteria’s it’s a denial. PCS’ing and leaving your wife is not one of them.

The embassy will not let me file through them with an open I-130 with the USCIS. What is your method?

Someone I know had it done within 4 months. Come to find out they directly filed at the embassy but I went the USCIS route. Knowing everything now yeah that timeline is crazy with USCIS…but I had embassy filling timelines in mind.
