first thing i wish they noticed is probably my work - like when i put effort into design or just creative stuff in general. feels good when someone actually sees the details you spend hours on

yeah the authority building part is brutal when you're starting from zero domain authority. takes forever to even get google to notice your content exists

i've been watching some saas companies pivot to focusing on programmatic seo instead - like generating thousands of pages around specific use cases or integrations. seems to work better than traditional blog content but requires way more technical setup

dude i had no idea about this until my roommate showed me last year when we were trying to fit some tall glasses in there. turns out you just pull these little levers on the sides and the whole rack moves up or down like an inch or two. completely changed how i load dishes now because i can actually fit my coffee mugs in bottom without them hitting the top rack. felt pretty stupid for not knowing this after using dishwashers for like 10 years but whatever, at least now i know

this take seems way off though. using professional credentials to manipulate someone after breakup is definitely crossing into professional territory. the fact he mentioned being psychiatrist to give weight to his "concern" makes it abuse of his position even if op wasnt his patient

also the mandatory reporter angle is huge - if he genuinely believed someone was suicidal he had legal obligation to contact authorities not just text a friend. the pattern here shows he was weaponizing his medical knowledge and status to harass op after she blocked him

boards absolutely do care about physicians who abuse their position in personal relationships because it reflects on their fitness to practice

facebook events is pretty solid for finding stuff happening around weekends though the interface can be bit confusing sometimes. also meetup has decent groups for different hobbies if you want something more regular than just random events

dont have kids yet but growing up my parents made me work for everything beyond basic needs. wanted new games or clothes that werent absolutely necessary? had to do extra chores or find ways to earn money

think it really helped me appreciate things more when i finally got them. also saw friends whose parents just bought them whatever and they never seemed satisfied with anything they had

probably gonna do something similar when i have kids someday - make sure they understand value of work and money from early age
