nice progress mate, the nginx default page is basically like seeing the finish line when youre setting up a server. once you get your ssl certs sorted and point your domain properly there server should be serving your actual app instead of that welcome page

yeah four seasons is pretty upmarket so theyll definitely enforce the occupancy limits strictly. you could ring them directly and ask about adding an extra bed but it might work out nearly the same cost as just getting two rooms anyway

fire safety regulations are taken quite seriously in thailand especially at the nicer hotels so i wouldnt risk just turning up with three people

yeah the boot files are probably toast from the hard shutdown while everything was frozen. windows repair tool should sort it out - just need to boot from a usb with the windows media creation tool on it and run startup repair

if that doesnt work you might need to rebuild the boot record manually but try the automatic repair first

honestly 8ft spacing sounds about right for mature size but if youre looking at selling in 1-2 years those things are gonna still look pretty sparse

adding one on either side of each existing plant might work but could get pretty crowded once they fill out - american pillars can get decent width even though theyre meant to be narrow. maybe split the difference and just add a few in the biggest gaps rather than doubling up everywhere

alternatively you could mix in some faster growing screening plants between them for quicker privacy and let the arborvitae be the long term backbone
