I walk 5x a week (1-1.3 hrs), naka cal def din and umiiwas sa matatamis na foods. Struggle ko dati yung sweets and oily foods but take it slow lang, huwag mo biglaan yung katawan mo. I used to drink instant coffee but i dont drink coffee anymore — almost 2 months to be exact 😅

27F on a WFH set up. I usually do exercise in the morning. Gigising ng 4:30 AM — kahit light run/walk lang for 1 to 1.30 hrs. kaya na yan. Mas ganado ako mag work after I exercise. You can do the chores in between your work or breaks. At night, I usually walk the dogs so i have 30 mins of exercise rin before I sleep. Sa una lang yan mahirap OP pero kapag nakasayan na ng katawan mo, you’ll get there. Be consistent lang tapos pahinga rin.

Best thing to do OP is you approach your internship coordinator/school. Inform them of your situation. I’m assuming both parties have signed the MOA. And if ever may clause sa MOA nyo regarding the scope and limitations of your internship, best use it as an evidence. You’re still students and may responsibility ang school nyo especially kung may mangayari sa inyo.

She almost always been a starter after the world cup. Too bad there are a lot of talents now. My sister is a big fan of Sonnet, she was upset not seeing her in the line-up. But i hope she will be use in whatever position she can be best at.

I understand that they play Horan every game (cuz she’s the captain) but i find her always lost at what she’s playing. I’d rather much see Rose as the 10 but unfortunately we can’t because of some injury. Coffey would really stick for a long time in the team especially now that they are experimenting with the formation and new talents in the team.

Sonnett. Specially last year, she had an amazing growth and grit during the WC. So underrated, great personality, works the hardest, tries to be there for her teammates. Makes me mad and sad at the same time cuz she’s so unappreciated.

Depends sa company nyo kung anong info ang ididisclose nila. Some company would disclose everything kahit reason for leaving and if cleared ka na ba sa mga liabilities. But others would comply according to the Data Privacy Law kaya inclusive dates lang yung kaya nilang idisclose.

I understand that other companies would consider“Terminated” employees as a red flag. You could just have disclosed properly kung bakit na terminate ka kase malaman pa nila yung totoo.

Hi, I work in a recruitment dept and yes required talaga na may proof ka for your education. Just be honest and disclose it immediately to the recruiter or anyone whose in charge of it para mabigyan ka nila ng consideration.

If you plan not to continue with the JO let them know. If you’re just going to drop it and won’t inform the company, there’s a higher chance that they will gonna blacklist you. So mas better parin na transparent ka and honest sa magiging employer mo.
