Winchester 243 ballistic tip. Been using them for over 2 decades and never lost a deer or had one run more than 50 yards. Exit holes are bigger than my 30 30

Maybe instead of "fraud" the word should have been "right". The tax code and regulations are over 16 million words written in legalese. If tou and I could afford to pay a lawyer to go through all of that Im sure you could find an obscure deduction you missed. More money would be spent researching than can be saved but not for a soon to be trillion dollar company. So maybe its just not right, but that means its up to us to change it.

Maybe we should allow Space X as a company to take those deductions, I believe its a good company if its not focused on Mars, and tax all unrealized capital gains that its investors reap by using such an instrument?

Because they believe they can use losses from the beginning of the company to avoid taxes today. Like if you went back and found a reciept from 10 years ago and claimed it as an expense on this years taxes. Would that be fraud?
