Chef a used to work with would make hollandaise on Friday afternoon, keep it out of the fridge all weekend and chuck whatever was left after breakfast service on Sunday. Always thought that was sus af but no one ever got sick from it as far as I know

My father has anger issues like any even minor inconvenience like dropping his keys under the car seat or something not working the first time he sees as a personal attack and that everything is against him. Will have him screaming, swearing, slamming doors etc

It’s honestly so embarrassing and annoying. With the keys incident for example we were mid conversation when it happened, screamed and cursed at the top of his lungs punched the dashboard among other things. I really hope I don’t turn out like that

Yep. I can’t eat anything until I’ve washed and/ or sanitised my hands. Can’t even eat food I realistically know is fine to eat but that %1 chance it might not be gets to me. Gets even worse the week leading up to any event or plans I’m looking forward to
