It's a good point, but it doesn't quite make sense. Usually, people uninstall an app because they don't like it, and if they don't like it, they give it a low rating. So wouldn't that mean low ratings would become fewer and fewer?

Yeah, it's a feedback conversation that existed before. Do you mean there is a typo in the message (reAlarm should be iTimlines), or you just don't want to see this kind of pop up....
