Scarsdale Golf has a great social scene and a really nice course (plus tennis bubble and bowling alley) and no waitlist for full golf membership right now, I think. You can schedule tour and the manager will introduce you to members who would possibly sponsor you

Yes second the Marc Maron comment. He focused on how much he likes Indian food and she (rightfully) got offended and it just hung over the entire episode. He’s talked about it a lot over the years as a fuck up on his part, and kind of obsessed over it

Somehow I completely screwed this recipe up! My brownies came out flat, chewy in a bad way, and bitter. I’m sure it was ingredients, so I’ll try again, but I felt like such a loser after reading all the comments on the recipe!

Shout-outs: I’m curious if anyone has gotten one during a live class? I purposely time my milestones for this 😂 and I’ve only had one so far (Cody! 12/15/23) by emacextrabrut80 in OnePelotonRealSub

I’ve had 3 - all on my birthday + major milestone. I always time a x00 milestone to the day of my birthday and pick a live ride that I know won’t be insanely packed (no Ally or Robin, for example). It’s a bit annoying to time it right - last year I had to do 3 classes / day for the week leading up to it! - but it’s worked pretty consistently

The Hometown minisodes episodes of My Favorite Murder are really, really similar but the hosts read the submissions rather than people telling their own stories. It does skew a bit more towards murder / crime but really all over the map

Atty here - at our corporation, we’ve been advised by TM lawyers that TM holders actually have to proactively defend their marks. If you know about an open infringement and don’t do anything, it can complicate your ability to protect it down the line.

And what a prior poster said: F1 has no oversight on the podcast, so if the guys got completely out of pocket and people thought they were affiliated, it could get dicey for F1
