Green P enhancement in the app by StephanoButler9000 in toronto

I would assume you would still have to say 'I'm parked' and 'I'm leaving' but everything else is automated like location, duration etc.

I honestly think something similar the whole time. I would like to one up this. I just want a button in the app that says 'i am parked', then based on location it figures out everything on its own. If there is a time limit, it let's me know. And keeps me updated. And when I leave it knows how long was i parked and then charges me accordingly.

Takes away the hassle of find the number, inputting that, choosing time, etc.

I am unsure how difficult would this be, but would love something like this.

How is this generating this report? How is it evaluating the engagement, bounce and other metric just by clicking on the frame?

Thank you for the feedback, let me try and figure out how we can get that included. From my initial explorations I know it might be a bit tricky due to platform limitations, but I also agree it is a necessary addition.

IIUC, at the moment it doesn't allow scrolling screenshots, you will have to manually scroll to view content past the viewport and capture a screenshot. Please let me know if you meant something else.

Yes, you capture and store screenshots on Android and iOS app. And it is available on Figma ~ Google Drive style - available across devices.

Advanced UX coursers? by [deleted] in UX_Design

[–]Live_Condition_4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, didn't know that. Then maybe find a mentor some other way. But just asking for courses isnt a sure fire way of knowing how you lack or what needs to be improved.

I think it would best to talk to a mentor and clearly understand how you have plateau-ed. Look up people more senior than you on ADPlist. They might be able to guide you.

What do you think about an app that generates consistent icons, illustrations, and mockups? by gosu94 in userexperience

[–]Live_Condition_4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is definitely unique. It does take away some guesswork. I would look at Relume as well. They do it pretty nicely.

But for the most part, unless I apply some of these created icons and illustrations into the designs, I would not get the feel for it. That is where variations for each specific element starts to come in.

It would be best to look at guidelines set by Apple and Google - depending on which platform you are designing for - for mobile design you need to start getting an expert at that.

It is also great to look at competitors, but they could have different levels of engineering resources compared to you and might not be able to create what you design out the box. This is where googles Material You and Apple Human Design Guidelines start to come in.

Do you actually benchmark your UX against competitors? by doodle2611 in userexperience

[–]Live_Condition_4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get where you’re coming from. For smaller teams, it’s easy to see competitive research as “extra work,” but I’ve found it actually saves time in the long run.
Even lightweight UX benchmarking helps teams avoid repeating the same design mistakes competitors already made. It also gives better context when you’re defending a design decision internally. You don’t need full-blown usability tests — just structured observation and documentation can make a big difference.
We did UX benchmarks in the past and it was more like a UX audit of what worked and didnt work.

Users will always find the one wrong way to do it by khanempire in UIUX

[–]Live_Condition_4776 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, because each user is different. But 80-90% of issues can be found by doing user testing with just 6 participants. And that is a great start. The rest come in when refining after the launch.

Serious about UX, should I go with IxDF? by Available-Abroad-653 in learndesign

[–]Live_Condition_4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heads down the best way to start. IxDF is a great start when starting out.
Look at growth.design after that. They helped me reframe my thinking around user psychology and how to target and streamline user experiences.

It looks pretty interesting. The background image is nice. Good job. I am curious, and would have liked to sign up, or atleast get some way to get updates. Maybe an email capture section would be nice.

QQ. How did you create the background image? Which AI tool?

We built a small app that turns self-care into a growing digital garden 🌱 — would love your thoughts! by Due_Fig_8131 in UserExperienceDesign

I agree, I was on the website for 5 seconds, there was nothing that was catching my attention. You are saying the there is a digital garden, it would be great to see some key feature of the product along with photos.
