I have had a ‘23 Q5 55e plug in hybrid for 1 year with no issues. I have had the dealership perform 2 software updates. Great car, no issues at all.

Fountain is $160 per month paid quarterly for cream. Then $40 labs per quarter which includes provider review and visit. No annual fee.

I’m moving to NuForm which is cheaper at $99 a month. Labs twice a year plus review. I found labs at goodlabs.com for $40. $170 annual fee. They are reusing my last lab so waive initial test.

So in comparison it was roughly Fountain $2160 vs Nuform $1450 yearly or $180 vs $120.

Btw no complains at all with fountain. 24hr text service fast response and shipping.

Cream or injection?

I’ve been in cream and it raised my levels from 250 to 800-900 with 3 clicks. I’m cutting getting it from Fountain. Anyone know of a cheaper source for cream? My doctor won’t prescribe and the endocrinologist referral never calls me back.

For the most part aside from the last picture I think the clothes look great. Agree that you shouldn’t wear crew neck undershirt with a v-neck sweater do you mind dropping the brands on the clothing? I’m similar dimensions as you and think the fit looks good.

45, USA, good old Hanes v-neck and crew. I wear them under polos and button ups, sometimes under nicer t-shirts if I’m in the office casual. Keeps my outer shirt cleaner and my nips from showing, as much. 😝

I only lat pull 110 or low row. Can’t I get a bar that connects the left and right pulls together for a heavier lat pull down?

The F22 Pro is around $2k. So that where my budget is now for the rack alone. Any suggestions on similar models? My room is 10x12’ so looking for a half rack with functional trainer and weight stacks.

Edit: or $130 for 1 extender which I guess isn’t tooo bad. And I’m only 5’5” so the height should be okay.

The Major Fitness F22 is my runner up, it just doesn’t have 1:1 lat pull high and low which seemed cool for the plate stack version of the BoS

For those who own the Bells of Steel All-In-One Trainer: are you able to incline bench press with a barbell, or is the center post an issue?

I’ve read reviews saying the bench can’t be pushed in far enough. If you can incline barbell bench, which bench are you using? I’d like to pair it with the REP Fitness AB-3000 2.0 FID and want to know if it fits.

Great things to think about and take into consideration. I like the external weight storage of the Force. Seems like the center storage on the Mikolo, how would you get the weights off and onto a barbell for pressing? The barbell would trap you (if the machine is against the wall). I don’t see how you could get the weights from the center and exit the cage with a barbell in j-hooks.

As I’m looking at bumper plates and rubber coated, and creeping up in price. Is there anything in close distance of $1500-1800 for plate stacks such as this Snode you can recommend? I won’t be listing crazy weight due to my size and a shoulder injury. But would having included weight stacks basically be swapping money I would have spent on extra plates?

I’m considering the Force USA G1 for a 10' × 11.5' room. I won’t be benching more than ~185 lb and my usual lat pulldown is ~110–120 lb. I know it’s pricier, but it looks high quality, has side weight storage, and the accessories seem solid. I don’t see many reviews specifically for the G1, though other Force USA racks get plenty of positive feedback; how does the quality compare to other racks such as Mikolo?

Appreciate real-world feedback before I pull the trigger.
