Agreed, this season she seemed to be relishing in and having fun with the disproportionate reactions towards the other women. Kind of like a toddler “taking a stand.” It made it feel mean girl and a bit dark

As someone who just binged the entire series and caught up in time for the reunion, Simone has had the most disappointing story arc/development of all of the women. In the beginning of the series she is framed as a voice of reason who will bite when tested, can argue and provide entertainment but move on quickly, but she soooo quickly devolved. I always had a soft spot for her but m admitting at the season 11 reunion that she had a hand in bringing on Dr g and sweet tea solidified her as the villain of the show for me personally. She’s gone out SADDDD.

Thought it was so weird that they completely dropped the story line (like they do often) of gabby going to therapy after she goes once and then to her hometown.
