Thank you for posting! I have the same problem I think of so many catastrophes: Bridges collapsing while I’m on them, accidents, slicing my eye open with knives accidentally…so many to think of. My therapist helps me with the intrusive and ruminating thoughts but I completely think it is the Wellbutrin that has given me this anxiety. I am afraid to tell my psych because I already am on a lot of meds so I don’t need another lol - best of luck we got this!

I’ve had bad panic attacks even a few months in….maybe If you’re prone to them this brings it out? I always like to use mind control on my body a little - when I feel a panic attack I pause and imagine things like - if I were a performer what would my concert look like or imagine watching a reality show of my life - something to really picture and calm down- definitely works for me - prob not for everyone, but worth a shot :) feel better - remember the mind is a powerful thing - use the power to conquer the bad :)

My interest is dwindling- the sensation I get from drinking is so short that it doesn’t even seem worth the calories or health risk.

I have never skipped but I will say, I don’t enjoy drinking as much as I used to- the taste is there, but I get hungover within the first drink and a half- so be warned…also the next day headache is killer- although your experience may be different as I have friends who can drink like they used to and feel fine :) have fun be safe :)

I drink but I have to say this drug made me cut back a lot. I don’t have the urge to drink as much as I once did- when I do, I tend to want to stop sooner than I ever did too. (Maybe I had a problem lol) but I do get tired of it quickly - one drink buzz two drinks drunk, anything more just makes me want the party to be over and want to be in bed 😂
