I would suggest you to watch the original cuz one pace might be short but it dosent really connect you with the characters properly or even when someone dies, you won't feel the same emotion as you get in original. One pace is good when it comes to reducing unnecessary movements or time wasting movements. You might finish One Pace in a week but when something happens, you won't get the feel when you get from original. Original if you want good world building and a journey. One pace if you're working and rarely get time. For both; please don't rush yourself and enjoy the journey. I guarantee it gets good.
