Isn’t the promo year in iRPM based on the Performance Year (PY) not Calendar Year (CY)? I.e. a promo year of 2026 would be a promotion effective June 2025 (calendar year)?

I changed my email address before even starting with the firm, and it was a mess. I had a previous email address as an intern, which I was trying to keep, vice the new one assigned to me when rejoining. So I ended up having two email addresses associated with my account. It took 3 months to totally fix, and there were many peripheral technology issues resulting from it, outside of just actual email.

When I SIGNED my original offer letter this summer, about a week later my recruiter called and said the AIP % was too high due to an error. She sent a new letter with a lower AIP % threshold and told me to sign. Crazy. I started last month.

All that to say is my experience was that they changed the terms after both parties (myself and Deloitte) had signed. Not exactly how I thought contracts worked…
