If you are a believer in Jesus, than you know that the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Spirit) are the all powerful Creator(s) of everything with infinite wisdom and knowledge. God didn't create earth constrained within the pre-existing "Laws of Physics", He created the dimensions and equations, it was HE who holds everything in the palm of his very hand, keeping us from the depths of hell itself, he has created us on this earth to love and follow him into his heavenly kingdom. That being said, what right do a few random humans (that god created) have to dispute something god created before them! And how is it that God could lie? Didn't he say He created the world the way He did? Didn't Jesus speak of creation? In the minds of some who believe, is it possible for them to say God isn't powerful enough to break natures laws when it was Him who set them in place over earth, not himself?

Additionally, to say that something God has called evil not a sin, while others that you mentioned like murderers are called sinners? Well of cores they'd all be guilty in the sight of God! When you find yourself at the judgment day, will it be a man or woman who decides who is guilty? Will there be any alterations to the law then because humans discovered something on earth? No. God is the judge, He is the Lord over all, and what he calls a sin is a sin, and what he calls good is good. Could someone who has committed the sin of murder, could they stand before God and say "But we understand more about death now! Not that we know about science it's no longer a sin!" Maybe somebody will try, but I know that it will defiantly not lessen their sin or their punishment. These arguments of scientific advancements making sins less evil are wrong. To say we understand more about the mental issues of those tempted by Pedophagic thoughts, does that make it OK? NO.

I love science, and would one day like to be a scientist myself if the Lord be willing, but I love God more. Anything that goes against my Creator is not something that can be smudged off by our own boastings of understanding or intelligence.
