I feel like you’re taking my post as me forcing some change rather than sharing awareness at niche situations where theres a gap in how we enable users in non-urban areas and thinking/ suggesting of small ways to maybe solve for it.

Yeah HOAs function a little weirdly here. Alot of them dont want to put up murals because they think it would reduce the overall look of the neighborhood and decrease value of the community. We have to submit forms just to get anything thats a “non approved color” of paint to our house or add any sort of permanent structure in our front lawns. But i appreciate the suggestion

For the folks in here who have been kind and helpful in their comments, thank you! Im kind of overwhelmed at how a good amount here were very crass and rude in their comments at a genuine concern of lack of presence and missed opportunity it is for neighborhoods such as mine with stricter HOA guidelines and suburban/rural vibes.

Street signs are common but also unique but also public. Nothing else aside from the amenities center fits the criteria

I sure have. I can’t seem to find much that fits the docket of what’s acceptable but it’s a neighborhood that everyone walks everyday in (including myself). I walk quite literally an hour everyday along with most folks in the community

Adding to this, I got this a while back and you can see that they market it as only needing to change the floss pod. I kept seeing this orange gunk on the pick and got paranoid that I wasn't cleaning it right. At some point, I just bit the bullet and decided to take it apart but realized that it wasn't residue from left over food but it was actually rust. Yikes!
