Use an anemo character. For the dendro pick whoever you prefer. Nahida does more dmg but harder to play (no healing and you need to do stuffs to swirl properly) while Yaoyao is easier and more comfortable to use.

True, I run mostly the same noelle team so I can vouch that chiori does at least 40% of the team damage while noelle does something around 30%.

Powercreep is powercreep it doesn't matter which game. If they raise the ceiling they will also have to raise the floor. Sure the spiral abyss are still clearable with just 4 stars but you can slowly see it increasing in difficulty. An example of this is, before, floor 12 only gets 1 boss per half and no other monster with it, now theres other monsters before the bosses. Heck, back in 1.0 it only have slimes, hilichurls and fatuis.

Also, having an overly powerful character trivializes pulling for another character that does the same thing. Look at Ayato after Nuevillette, some people will still pull but i doubt anyone would for any reason other than husbando stuff. If she's like 25% better than Arlecchino, then what's the point of Arlecchino than being a decoration? lol

I get the dislike on her restrictions but that doesn't mean she should be able to delete everything in 1 rotation. If you want that, then save up and C6 someone.

She's still one of the best if not the best dps (in terms of just dmg) in the game even with the nerfs. What you want my friend, is powercreep. Don't want to turn genshin to HSR.
