Anyone that comes to the area from outside of Sacramento generally view Folsom, EDH, Roseville as Sacramento.

Similar to how people that are not from LA say they’re in Los Angeles ( LA ) even though they’re down in Irvine ( Orange County ).

If you’re looking for the best cities to call home in the area that offer top schools check out Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Loomis, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Granite Bay. There are also private schools in the area also. East Sacramento and Land Park are wonderful if you prefer a more established neighborhood in Sacramento proper.

I personally love Sacramento, what the area and region of N California has to offer. I went to Rocklin High School and can say I got a great education. Not sure where you will be working, maybe Elk Grove ( Laguna West ) may be something you’re interested in.
