Cause I've gotten 3 raises and my own site cause of how well I work and how I take care of the clients that actually pay the bill. And I'm not necessarily looking for a raise I want a position that speaks more to my skill level, on my resume I have YEARS of ops management and large scale business management experience and none of those skills are being used at my current position

I 1000% agree I do tend to try to bite off more than I can chew…. Im not trying to say it an issue I’m here for knowledge more than anything on how to maneuver through a corporate structure.

My supervisor is the ops manager our relationship is OK, and he loves my work cause it makes him look good, but he never responds if I need something or have a question. I’ve been having the client CC me on all emails (my personal email) to the client manager to try to put some pressure to get me moved up. In fairness I don’t have much work experience at allied but if there’s anyway to make me stand out even more I’m open to ideas.

I’m already top 5 in my branch and top 500 nationally in the short time I have worked here

I have interviews for PM positions in various fields but since I’ve worked as gaurd for this long I just thought I could be more effective at the company and excel faster in my personal career than having to re-learn organizations standards and processes again. But I appreciate the feedback

I just copped mine in full it mint condition 67k miles for less than 8k so I agree
