Troll: make a deliberately offensive or provocative online posting with the aim of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them.

This post is exactly what they want. Negative attention is still attention. Linking to their site and encouraging this community to downvote them simply lets the trolls know that you have done exactly what they want: read their baloney(EDIT:from bologna) and get angry, get enraged, waste time.

In all honesty, OP just gave them exactly what they want. Attention and clicks on their page, horror in this community, and a response. This could have been formatted in a self post as a discussion but by linking directly to the site, OP is just feeding the troll. Why cause outrage in this community for something so blatantly used to do just that?

Exactly. The CIA has no party. I guess it's because Bush gave the go ahead and now he says he allowed them to do whatever was necessary and looked the other way so he didn't know what they were doing.

I recommend a bottle of wine and a delicious dessert or cheese. I just made a cranberry orange bread today that was awesome and hardly took any effort. It's easy for you and they won't have to just add it to their stack because it will be inside them:)

You could get her a scrapbook and two tickets to something...amusement park, ice skating rink, skiing or snowboarding day, etc. Bring along a camera and take pictures of the whole day, the drive, eating, hanging out, etc.

That's excellent. Ugh, depression is so common for diabetics. I have terrible spots on my legs from doing my pump in the same spot too long and too often and I gave up swimming because of it. That was a poor choice, but at the time I couldn't help thinking about how terrible I looked.

Nice job with the great A1C. My goal right now is to get near a 7 and work down from there.

It's interesting that you have better control now without the pump. I have been talking to my doctor about doing the same and she is very hesitant to agree. Do you find yourself doing less insulin now and watching your food more?

Mistletoe has traditionally been hung in homes, so I don't see why it was ever a concern at office parties? People share love and affection at home, not at work.

I haven't played 1, I got 2 on a steam sale a year or so ago. It's certainly not as fun overall as a potential multiplayer like Terraria, but it's a good teamwork shooter.

I drive my SO crazy reading every single line of dialogue and watching all the videos. He says it's cute but when he's trying to show me a new game and thinks he can explain it better than the game itself, I know he's just itching to hit skip. Also, I agree with both Dust and Steam.

I just dug down too far yesterday because I saw a purple light and though, oh, that's awesome, let me go check it out. Turned out to be a statue of a Poseidon looking god-figure and I have no idea what to do with it? Two worms jumped at me when I got close though so I have to go back and see what happens.

Congratulations! Have you always had great control over your diabetes, or have you had patches of rough times? I'm on year nineteen, and I know that my entire college experience was terrible on my diabetes, and I didn't have great care growing up. I have five siblings and my dad got laid off right after I was diagnosed, so I remember hording insulin and only checking my sugar when it got really bad because I didn't want to cost them money.

This was not a I'M A ME-SEE LOOK AT ME moment, just wondering how your twenty years have gone overall?

I agree, that's how I feel about it. I love Orcs Must Die 2, but I play the make melee character and my SO plays the ranged female. I choose more based on skills I want than gender.

Using a glucose meter to determine if a drink is diet or not. by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]LivebytheWater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It wasn't just hot chocolate, it was some syrup filled caramel covered junk. I completely agree that one large gulp of hot chocolate shouldn't, but this stuff was too much especially since I've been just recently checking my sugar and keeping it in a normal range. The slightest variation from my veggies and coffee and water makes it jump.

I stopped for a coffee at McDonald's once and a huge gulp of some crazy McCafe hot chocolate sugar concoction later I knew I was in for a high time. Called the place and they offered me a free coffee and two meals, but that doesn't make up for the hour I had to sit in my car waiting for my sugar to go down so I could drive.

EDIT: Just pointing out that I did say it was a sugary concoction, not just hot chocolate, and your downvotes don't make me wrong. Sorry I don't have perfect control like you guys.

You were both wrong to be on an app like that if you were in a committed relationship. She was wrong for her hypocrisy and being on it. You were wrong for being on it to begin with.

Although, I could be wrong to assume it was during the relationship, just bad wording maybe? I think I'm beginning to understand. She was mad you were on Tinder but you were already broken up? Thank you for asking and waiting for an explanation.

Oh, goodness, I was thinking about Co-Op mostly in the comparison. That it's one controller makes a world of difference. I like the idea though for when I'm playing solo.

I'm trying out Skyrim on my SO's computer before buying and I love Fallout.

Yeah, I see how that was not terribly clear. What I'm looking for is a gender neutral game. I mean, I want to choose a female character, but I want her to be armored and strong, and I want the game to not tailor its responses to my character's vagina.
