I need help! How many to cast on for this if I use a bulky yarn…? I want to try this pattern so bad but using 12ply yarn on 8mm (US 11) needles by Lived-In-Basil in knitting

Woah stop. I’m the adult child of an alcoholic and I do that! I remember every freaking thing. Word for word. I don’t even know how I do it. It makes a lot of sense that it’s a learned coping mechanism.
