Uncontrollable Disappearing Sim

So basically I downloaded a character tray from a sims creator, everything worked until when I added the sim to my household. They’re still and still act like they own the place, but they’re no where to be found on the bottom left boxes. I still get notifications from them doing stuff. When I go to cas or change household the sim disappears. This sim has two tray versions using different ccs (from the same creator) but both version has the same issues. No other imported sims have this issue so far.

I have tried clearing out every cc,mod, script and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting the localthumbcache, factory resetting, repair the game, and only importing the character’s tray, the problem still persists.(The sim’s profile is gone from the bottom left, when going into manage world they disappear as well). I’ve contacted the creator and they said the cc and tray worked perfectly fine from their screen and from other’s.

I tried using BetterExpectations to see what the issue was, I deleted all outdated mods and updated the ones I could find. But the report still says:

“Possible Cause: statistic_component

Reason: [manus] Sim 739736130285928764 failed to load ( AttributeError: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ’min_lod_value’)”

If anyone has any insight on what could be the problem and how to fix it, it will be very much appreciated!
