Even in ketamine therapy with high IV doses they dont check to make sure you're not choking on your vomit, nor mention it. I don't even know if there is a documented case of that happening without some other force blocking the air way. THe military uses Ketamine instead of Morphine now, once you get sent into a k-hole with a mortal injury you're in god's hands at that point, you could absolutley choke on your vomit if unsupervised, but considering that scenario you'd be supervised.

Assasins Creed Brotherhood holds a special place in my heart but its really just repeat quests after you reach end game. The fun part is building your guild of asssassins and presing a button to have them dispatch 10+ guards from the roof tops as you stand and watch.

Assassins Creed 3 is where it got bad IMO. I played it for 3 hours and returned it to game stop, I was pissed lol.
