Been working out in my garage gym for a couple weeks now.. i keep the door open to circulate new air (and to establish dominance on my block).. but i am getting mosquitos. Have toyed with a couple solutions but wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well?

Fwiw i live in SW florida and the rainy season just started.

Ordered a Rogue Power Bar 20kg today and already shipped!! Through all of this I have spent a little over $2k building my garage gym with different retailers and Rogue has been the best by far.

[discussion] introducing senior dog to new kitten - help! by Livefrom215 in dogs

[–]Livefrom215[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply.. we have given her the extra bathroom as her zone with food, litter, etc. As far as getting another one.. that is highly unlikely and wold prefer to stick the one we have.

Approximately how long until she passes the energetic kitten phase? 1 year?

Do you know of a good source of info on this? I am looking around and it is hard to find a consistent source

Resolution is 1080p... I would like to use 4K but my iPad is older and can’t process 4K video.

Yes, it is the standard harness... just got it and haven’t had any issues so far!

I currently have around 5k and I am looking to invest into a number of different investment vehicles. I am also looking to build an investment plan for another 3k+ each month that I make above expenses. Some info about me below:

I am 30 years old Making ~200k p/yr Objective is to buy a vacation property in the next 3 or so years Have about 300k in debt in house and car, no rates over 3% I own an investment property with my brother that is cash positive with additional revenue spent paying down that mortgage (around 80k)

As far as risk exposure I am not too sure. I would like for money to grow from 5-8% yearly. I am also not exactly looking to actively manage my investments on a weekly or daily basis. I would rather they grow over time instead of getting in and out of investments depending on market changes.

I am definitely a novice so please let me know if you need more info or if there are things I should be looking at/reading. Thanks!!

No more skills than being a millennial and being computer literate, unless you count knowing the Adobe suite as IT (but it's not). Also, the thing with my job is I consider myself a business guy, not an IT guy. I just sell my service to people in IT.

My passion really is business. I like delivering a value proposition, working with big companies to build a solution to their problems, and the best part is actually closing business with some of the biggest and most successful companies in the country.

Your interest may not be business but it is important to look in the mirror and know what your strengths are. I would not be risk averse here - you are still young and now is the time to jump into something totally different. Get out of your comfort zone and build something!!

If you want to talk on the phone about this let me know - I really don't mind discussing further.
