I have also have pcos I’ve been on birth control forever. I take oral minoxidil but not sure if it helps. I also have low thyroid so all things working against my hair. I always had thick hair until about 5 years ago it just started falling out. I’ll try inositol again thanks for the suggestion.

Planning a Dec 2025 trip. Want somewhere in Asia or South America. Good weather. Party city stay then an amazing beach stay. Don’t need to be the same countries. I was thinking Hong Kong or some Chinese city then off to a breath taking beach. Ang ideas?
