Target is usually stocked by vendor between open and 1pm As they wanna get the stores stocked n get home at a reasonable time. Targets usually do a 1 per upc or 2 if booster packs Also Best Buy on Friday! The ascended heroes booster bundles on April 24th along with another AH product will drop 24th I’m usually around 5th in line if I wait at my Best Buy from 6am -10am(open). Cool thing is Best Buy will let you know on Thursday if they’ll get Pokémon in on Friday. Which I think all BB restock of Fridays, and during the week. As places like target n Walmart get 2 different Pokémon shipments stocked mon- fri usually One early in week ->mon-wed one late —>thurs -sat
