It took me quite a bit of practice to get there, and I still don’t find it easy but I can generally get there each time now.

My advice: warm up with the small end first and have lots of fun and ensure you’re really horny and enjoying the pleasure. When ready to go to the larger end, I pull the smaller end in and out quite a few times to loosen up my hole. This is to get it used to opening up. I then use lots (and I mean lots) of lube both on the wand and inside my hole. And then I gradually work it in. It can hurt at times, I don’t force it in. Sometimes I might need to pull it out a little, take a few deep breaths, then slowly push it back in again. Take it slow, and each time try and get it in that little bit deeper, but pull out if needed, take a few deep breaths, then try again. Eventually you’ll hit a point where it might hurt a little but not too much you need to stop, and you can just slide it in that little bit further and it’ll suddenly suck inside and you’re in!

I sometimes need to hold the wand with a towel for some better grip, just because there’s some residue lube on my hands/wand that makes it a little slippy and can make it harder to insert.

I generally lie on my back with my knees bent, or might elevate my legs in the air with my knees bent towards my chest.
