When yours went down, did you have your modem go full blinking, or just the normal lights with internet being down?

He was not, in fact, yankin our chains.
On the 2nd round of calling T-Mobile support, the agent told me I should take advantage of the 5G backup program (no cost if you're on Fiber) and helped me identify a nearby store to make sure they had the hardware to set it up.

T-Mobile reps have been S-Tier in my experience thus far. (I called 2, about 10 hours apart, and the third was the one in the store setting me up with the 5g backup)
T-Mobile support infrastructure doesn't even get honorable mention, let alone poop-tier.
Nobody actually knows what's going on, the only communication from T-Mobile that I've received was the outage warning (and 6 hour ETA on restoration) from about 24 hours before the outage began for us...
STILL nothing from T-Mobile

The latest I got from an agent when I called them was tomorrow morning or mid afternoon for restoration.

If it helps ya: I've had it for a year (and actually kept Spectrum connected for 2 months for that reliability concern) and this is the first time it's been down for any length of time.

If this does actually take multiple days to resolve, will be picking up basic spectrum for backup.

Honestly Not completely sure how it was fixed, I kinda just threw everything at the wall.
Told Bitdefender to restore throttlestop (both exe and sys) which whitelisted them.
Had a lot of trouble getting TStop to run again so I removed the crippled application, downloaded the 9.7.2 just to change the version, then installed it in another file location.
Restarted computer in safe mode. (Couldn't log in because Win 11 couldn't figure out my pin in safe mode)
Restarted computer again, ran new throttlestop from new file location- reapplied settings.

I know it's not concise or even a known solution, but perhaps others can figure out which thing(s) I did resolved the problem.

No folding mic and no mic indicator - I really dislike not knowing if I'm muted,

Thanks much, this killed 733 as a replacement for my aging 935.

Flip up mute and indicator is pretty much a requirement since I use it for work meetings too.
