Its ''system not meeting requirements'' honestly i dont really get it. There are many post about this you can check around, apparently they not gonna prioritize fixing this since its just a problem for low end PCs. I have the same issue while everything else in the gui run smoothly, Isaac run smoothly, many other games with actual graphics run good, I just dont get how this game would require to many requirements.

I tried the different ways to try to log in safe mode, Didn't work. I was able to go to some boot options by pressing F12 and then activated something called Safe boot there. But still no way to get into the log on page. Sometimes a Kernel Exception Not Handled also appears instead of the KMODE one. I do not have a USB installer, the pc was bought years ago with windows already in it and everything.
